At PopeyesToronto, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain accessories and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
